Optimization Capper Optimization is a service which provides customers assistance with tests and data to determine optimum capper settings, resulting in a good seal. Genesis personnel will visit the customer facility, where a number of vials will be sealed at various capper settings. These sealed vials will then go through a number of tests, including a leak test, visual inspection for cosmetic quality of the seal, and residual seal force readings. All information is recorded and a matrix developed, showing the capper settings that yield vials that have the lowest leakage rates while the best aesthetics. Customers receive a full data package which can be used as part of their cycle development process.
