A state-of-the-art, fully automated, rotary capper, the RW-200 utilizes fixed rail sealing technology that has been proven over the past thirty years to be the leader in seal integrity.
Many new innovations have been incorporated into the RW-200 lowering the cost of ownership while greatly increasing the ease of use. a simple wiring scheme combined with plug-and-play devices that are available world-wide keep repair and maintenance costs low while reducing down time.
The unique first in first out hoppering system designed to reduce particulate from the aluminum seals has been moved to the discharge side of the capper. Refinements in the cap picking system increase the ease of set up and change over while reducing cap feeding problems.
The RW-200 is able to process all vial sizes from 1/2 diameter to 2-1/2" diameter and from 1 1/8 to 5-1/8" tall. The unit can handle cap (over seal) 13mm and 20mm sizes in any standard configuration. And because the RW-200 is based on Genesis's proven rail sealing technology you are assured of consistent, quality seals.
